• rebuiltdeals.com is run by Rebuilt Deals LLC in Portland, Oregon. Every vehicle we sell has a rebuilt title, and we say so on every listing.
• Listings, photos and descriptions are for general information. They can contain mistakes or be out of date, so please confirm the details of any car with us. Vehicles are subject to prior sale.
• This site is provided as is, and we are not responsible for losses that come from using it.
• Please do not misuse the site, send spam through the forms, or try to break into it.
• Oregon law applies to these terms.
• How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

SMS / Text messaging terms

• Program name: Rebuilt Deals texts, from Rebuilt Deals LLC.
• What the texts are for: replies to your vehicle inquiries, appointment scheduling and reminders, and updates on cars you asked about.
• Our texting number: (971) 449-1159. Calls go to 503-915-2266.
• How you sign up: by ticking the optional text-message box on a form on this site and giving your mobile number, or by texting us first at (971) 449-1159, which means you agree to receive replies about your inquiry. The box is unchecked by default, and you can use every form without ticking it. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. Help: reply HELP, or contact us at 503-915-2266 / marius@rebuiltdeals.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
